Motithang enter into semi-final

Motithang known for good bowling attack but weaker in batting enters into the semi final of U19 School Cricket Championship defeating Lungtenzampa A by 120 runs. Motithang won the toss and elected to bat. Motithang were all-out for 144 runs in 21 over’s. Jigme Dawa top scorer made 18 runs of 31 balls. Rabten right arm Medium top wicket taker took 3 for 43 runs in 6 over’s. ‘’We did not utilize last 9 over’s; we could have added 30 -40 runs more’’ said captain of Motithang.

Man of the Match "Destroyer Sisir"

In the batting inning of Lungtenzampa A, Motithang bowlers were excessively tough for Lungtenzampa’s batsmen to chase. Lungtenzampa was all-out for 24 runs in 12.3 over’s and once again Sisir was the destroyer took 7 wickets for 14runs in 5.3 over’s. “I have to focus more because I am going to face good batsmen in semi final” said Destroyer Sisir. Top Scorer from Lungtenzampa was Rabten scoring 12 runs. “We did not made to semi but I am happy that my boy’s have learned and taken the game seriously” said the LMSS coach Ugyen Dorji.
